Equipment log

Capture the morning readings across proofers, ovens, retarders, and oil baths. Any reading outside its industry-default band is flagged in red so it is dealt with before the first load.

Pre-bake readings

Four equipment temperatures plus the baker who took the readings. Any value outside its band is flagged automatically.

Name of the baker who took the readings.

Target band 75 – 85 °F.

Target band 450 – 500 °F.

Target band 38 – 45 °F.

Target band 340 – 360 °F.

Scalar bakery id stored on the row. Defaults to “default” — the public intake endpoint isn’t auth-gated yet.

Recent readings

The five most recent log entries. Flagged rows show a red badge when any reading fell outside its band.
